The City of Lynnwood seeks qualified firms to provide collections services, including the collection of penalties, fines and fees on behalf of City of Lynnwood Municipal Court.  Firms are encouraged to provide their Proposal that details their approach to providing suggested collections services.  The City intends to enter into an initial three (3) year agreement, with one optional two (2) year renewal option for a potential maximum total contract term of five (5) years.

The City of Lynnwood seeks a qualified contractor for removal and disposal of existing clarifier mechanism equipment and the installation of new equipment at our Waste Water Treatment Plant. The replacement equipment has been purchased and will be furnished to the winning bidder. This is a two phase project. The replacement of the first two of four clarifiers will begin the first week of Oct 2019, and the remaining two will be scheduled in the Summer of 2020.

The City of Lynnwood seeks a certified contractor to submit a proposal for aquatic herbicide application services to eradicate the growth of Variable-Leaf Milfoil by verifying the effectiveness of herbicide used to control and ensure the full eradication from the lake.

The chosen contractor will agree to furnish the personnel, equipment, materials, services, and otherwise complete all that is necessary for or incidental to the work set forth.

The City of Lynwood is requesting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from Architectural and Engineering (A&E) firms for the design, permitting and construction administration services for the new City of Lynnwood Justice Center.  

There are currently two design options under consideration.  The Police Department will work with the selected firm to determine which design option will be approved for final design or to develop a new design option that most effectively utilizes the existing structure and property to meet the space needs and functionality requirements of the police department, court and jail.

Based on the year-long community outreach findings, we plan to renovate the South Lynnwood Park in order to meet the community’s needs for physical activity and community gathering locations.  Building from the 30% conceptual design plan, the Consultant shall provide responsive project management skills to deliver all tasks on time and on budget, manage other discipline teams, and provide thorough, quality control and assurance of all aspects of their work and services. The Consultant shall apply the neighborhood context to provide creative technical solutions that would receive community support. The final design shall be cost effective, comply with all regulatory requirements, minimize site and environmental impacts, and meet the construction timeline required. Proposals are due April 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
