Comprehensive Plan

The City's Comprehensive Plan is the "constitution" for growth and development of the community.  It describe the long-term direction and vision for Lynnwood.

City Vision

In 2009, the City adopted the Community Vision, which envisions Lynnwood as a regional model for a sustainable, vibrant community with engaged  citizens and accountable government.

Capital Facilities Plan

The Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) coordinates the scheduling and funding needs for City projects over a six-year period.

Shoreline Master Program
