Online Utility Bill Payment 
IMPORTANT SERVICE UPDATE: our online payment system has been updated due to a change in our back end systems. All utilities customers have a received an updated Account Number and Customer Number which is provided on new bills as of May 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience while we migrate to the new system.

To request your new Account Number and Customer Number, please send an email to ub@lynnwoodwa.gov or call Utilities Desk Customer Service: 425-670-5170.

This service only accepts payments for the full amount due. Please Note: Online payments may not be posted until the next business day. If you have received a shut off notice, you will still need to call the Utilities Desk at 425-670-5170 during normal business hours to avoid shut off.

File a Police Report Online 
Lynnwood's online reporting allows you to submit a report immediately and print a copy of the report free. Incident types available for online reporting: Abandoned Vehicles, Grafitti (Tagging), Harassing Phone Calls, Identity Theft, Lost Property, No-Injury Hit & Run Accidents, Theft, Theft from Vehicle/Vehicle Prowling, Vandalism
