Capital Facilities Plan

The Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) is a planning document that serves to coordinate the scheduling and funding needs for major projects undertaken by the city over the next six-year period. The CFP serves as a very important tool that the community uses to help insure that important capital facilities that are necessary for city services are maintained or developed as needed. All projects presented in the CFP have been carefully programmed to ensure the city’s capital improvement needs are identified both now and in the future.

If you have questions or would like a copy of a Capital Facilities Plan not listed here, please contact the Deputy City Clerk.
