Sidewalk CPR Demonstrations Set for Saturday, February 6 at Alderwood

The Lynnwood Fire Department is teaming up with Alderwood Mall to demonstrate that we are all equipped with life saving devices and anyone can help save a life with hands-only CPR. Join us on Saturday, February 6 between 11:00am-1:00pm at the Alderwood Mall Food Court where Fire Department staff, and Edmonds Community College international student volunteers will be teaching hands-only CPR in many different languages. There will also be free blood pressure checks and emergency preparedness information available. This event is free and all ages are welcome to participate. Check out the Lynnwood Fire YouTube page for a previewlinks to external site.

The Lynnwood Fire Department would like to remind everyone that effective bystander CPR provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest can double or triple a victim's chance of survival.

Don't be afraid to get involved, YOU can learn how to save a life.
