Spring Clean Coupons - UPDATE - No Longer Available

UPDATE 6/9/2016 - Coupons are no longer available.  Thank you for your interest in this year's Clean-up Coupon program.


The City of Lynnwood is once again offering a limited number of Clean-Up Coupons to the Snohomish County Southwest Recycling and Transfer Station. Lynnwood residents should have received a bright green flyer in their most recent utility bill.

Here is what you do in order to get a Clean-up Coupon:

  • Stop by the Lynnwood City Hall Monday, May 16 - Friday, May 27 to claim your coupon.
  • City Hall will have extended hours during this time, or until all coupons are claimed. Monday - Thursday of each week, City Hall will be open from 8:30am - 7:00pm, and Fridays from 8:30am-5:00pm. 
  • Look for the bright green flyer that accompanied your latest utility bill and bring it with you to City Hall in order to claim one Clean-up Coupon.
  • Coupons are ONLY available for pick up at Lynnwood City Hall with your flyer during the designated time.
  • Lynnwood City Hall is located at 19100 44th Ave. W. between the Lynnwood Library and Lynnwood Recreation Center.

Here is what you need to know about the Clean-up Coupon:

  • Exactly 500 Clean-up Coupons will be available on a first-come first-served basis.
  • One Coupon per eligible household. Household must be located within City of Lynnwood limits.
  • Coupon can be used anytime starting Monday, May 30 through Monday, September 5, 2016.
  • Clean-up Coupon can ONLY be used at the Snohomish County Southwest Recycling & Transfer Station, which is located at 21311 61st Place W, Mountlake Terrace.
  • The maximum value of each Coupon is $20.00  (360 lbs. or less of garbage). This will pay for one (1) vehicle trip only.  Heavier loads will be subject to additional fees.
