If you are not sure if your situation is an emergency, you are encouraged to call 9-1-1.

When you call 911, be prepared to answer the call-taker's questions, which may include:

  • The location of the emergency, including the street address
  • The phone number you are calling from
  • The nature of the emergency
  • Details about the emergency, such as a physical description of a person who may have committed a crime, a description of any fire that may be burning, or a description of injuries or symptoms being experienced by a person having a medical emergency

Concealed Pistol License 

Currently deployed members of the Armed Forces, who are deployed out of state, can renew their concealed pistol license by mail. 

The fee for renewal of a Concealed Pistol License by the expiration date is $32.  A Concealed Pistol License may be renewed up to 90 days after the expiration date by paying a late fee. The late renewal fee is $10, making the total fee $42.

To renew the Concealed Pistol License in this circumstance, contact the Lynnwood Police Department Records Unit at (425) 670-5600 or via email at PoliceClerks@lynnwoodwa.gov .  We will send you the application either electronically or via standard mail.  Completed applications must be submitted with a copy of your original order, designating the period of deployment, a copy of a valid government issued ID and a check payable to the City of Lynnwood for the renewal fee.
