City Hall and Development & Business Services Office Closed for In-Person Services

Online and over-the-phone services are available to customers.

City Hall

Due to rising COVID-19 transmission rates and impacts to staffing levels, effective Tuesday, August 31, 2021, Lynnwood City Hall and the Development & Business Services Office will be closed for in-person services. Online and over-the-phone services are still available.

City Building Hours and Contact Information

City Hall

Beginning August 31, City Hall will be closed to the public. Staff are available to assist online and over the phone Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Utility Billing: For customer service call 425-670-5170. You can pay your bill over the phone by calling 425-670-5000, online through our Online Utility Billing portal, or you can drop off a payment to the Utility Drop Box outside of City Hall.

Development & Business Services

Beginning August 31, the Development and Business Services office will be closed to the public. Staff are available to assist online and over the phone Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

Recreation Center

The Lynnwood Recreation Center is currently open and drop-ins are welcome. Masks are required for all guests regardless of vaccination status.

Senior Center

Mask

When visiting City buildings, face masks are required regardless of vaccination status.

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, face masks are now required inside of City Buildings regardless of vaccination status. Online and over the phone services are available from each department.
