Lynnwood Municipal Court Offering Warrant Quashing Calendar

LYNNWOOD, WA (March 14, 2022) - Lynnwood Municipal Court Presiding Judge Valerie Bouffiou has recently added a weekly Bench Warrant Quash Calendar to the court’s hearing schedule. This calendar is open and available to any person with an outstanding Lynnwood Municipal Court bench warrant, and gives them the opportunity to appear in court and resolve their cases while remaining out of custody, regardless of an individual's financial status.
The addition of these hearings supports the mission of the court and provides greater access to justice.
How do I know if I have an outstanding warrant?
You can call the Lynnwood Municipal Court at 425-670-5100. If you do have an outstanding warrant, ask to be placed on the calendar. There is no cost to be placed on the calendar.

The Lynnwood Municipal Court is open from 9:00am - 4:00pm, and is located on the 2nd floor of the Community Justice Center at 19321 44th Ave W, Lynnwood WA 98036. Please note, the Court Clerk's office is open during construction. Parking may be limited.
