Public Hearing Notice: Proposed 2023-2024 Biennial Budget

On Monday, September 26th at 6:00pm, the Lynnwood City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposed 2023-2024 biennial budget. Members of the public are invited to provide their remarks or testimony regarding the upcoming budget. 

Ways to Participate:

In person: Come to the Lynnwood Council Chambers located at 19100 44th Ave W, Lynnwood WA. When you arrive, add your name to the sign-up sheet and you will be called to the podium when it is your turn to speak.

On Zoom: Connect to the Council Meeting via Zoom. Once the public hearing has begun, raise your hand in Zoom and you will be called on when it is your turn to speak. You will be added as a panelist, and at that time you can unmute yourself and provide your remarks. 

Submit a Written Comment: You can submit a Public Comment online. All comments received at least 24 hours prior to the meeting will be read into the record during the Business Meeting.

CITY OF LYNNWOOD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is Hereby given that the City Council of the City of Lynnwood will hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers, Lynnwood Civic Center, 19100 44th Avenue West, Lynnwood Washington at 6:00 P.M. on Monday September 26th, for the purpose to take public comment and testimony on adoption of Lynnwood’s proposed 2023-2024 Biennial Budget 

Description: On January 24, 2022, the City Council passed Resolution #2022-02 that adopted the schedule for the 2023-2024 biennial budget process. In accordance with that schedule, this is the first public hearing for the 2023-2024 budget process.  

Accommodations: Parking and meeting rooms are accessible for persons with disabilities.  Upon reasonable notice to the City Clerk’s office 425-670-5161, the City will make reasonable effort to accommodate those who need special assistance to attend the Public Hearing.
