Join us in celebrating the amazing health and wellness resources located right here in Lynnwood Parks!

We’re joining Parks and Recreation agencies across the nation in celebrating Family Health & Fitness Day — an initiative of the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA)

Family Health & Fitness Day promotes the importance of parks and recreation in keeping communities active and healthy.

Like so many communities, we are currently unable to participate in some of our favorite recreation activities so we encourage you to be creative and recreate responsibly while physically distancing.

  • Talk a walk or a run
  • Hike a trail
  • Hop on a bike for a ride
  • Play outside Exercise in the park…the list goes on.

We know now more than ever the importance parks play in our health and the health of our community. So, lets celebrate Family Health & Fitness Day together while 6 feet apart.
