How to apply for the Recreation Benefit Fund (RBF)

Step 1.Do we qualify?

 In order to qualify for the scholarship, you must:

• Live inside of the city limits of Lynnwood
• Receive Free Lunch through the Edmonds School District
• Have a letter of Permanent Disability from the Social Security Administration.
• Have a tax return with the specific income level. (See below for income level chart)

Step 2.Complete form

Please complete the application and attach any qualifying paperwork with your form.

Step 3.Return to Customer Service Staff

Bring your completed application and qualifying paperwork to the Recreation Center Customer Service Desk.  All applications must be submitted in advance of class starting date.

Step 4.Next Steps

Applications will be approved at the time of submittal depending on staff availability.  All approvals are contingent on available funds.  Information is reviewed and verified by the Recreation Benefit Fund staff only.  All information is kept confidential.
