The City of Lynnwood Public Works Department solicits interest from firms who wish to be evaluated and considered to provide Professional Services described in this RFQ for wastewater treatment plant’s annual incinerator stack emission testing in 2020. The agreement will be for one (1) year in duration with the option for the City to extend for an additional year and money if necessary.
