The Hearing Examiner will conduct a public hearing at which the below-referenced project will be considered. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.

Project Location: The property is located at 20102-20114 61st Pl W, Lynnwood. Parcel Nos. 00563500200500, 00563500200601, 00563500200602, 00563500200700, 00515400000310.

Project Description: On April 27, 2020, Izabella Henry with Chadwick Winters submitted a fee simple subdivision application to the City. The proposal is to divide five lots into 13 lots and two tracts for the proposed Alexander 61 Townhomes. The property is zoned Residential Multifamily Medium (RMM) with a minimum lot area per dwelling of 2,400 square feet. The townhome designs were reviewed under a project design review (PDR) application that was approved on September 13, 2018 (PDR-006711-2018). The application was deemed complete on December 1, 2020.
