Decision: On February 2, 2023, the Mayor granted preliminary approval to the Joywood Estates Short Plat, a 6-Lot Short Plat in the Residential Single-Family 8 zone (RS-8). The site is approximately 65,612 square feet (1.51 acres) and the proposed lots after subdivision will range from 8,400 to 9,122 square feet.
