The Fair on 44th is Lynnwood’s Health & Safety Community Block Party is coming back in 2022.

On Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 10am-2pm we will close 44th Avenue in front of Lynnwood’s Civic Campus and fill the street with vehicles to explore, demonstrations, and hands-on games and activities for families. Expected attendance is 5,000. This is an informational and promotional event; no commercial sales allowed.

Step 1.Vendor Categories

Business $500 (includes healthcare companies and healthcare non-profits)

Food Truck/Cart $250

Non-Profit Service Organization $150   

Step 2.Selection Criteria 

Vendor selection priority will be given to city-partners, health and safety missioned organizations, and businesses and non-profits local to the City of Lynnwood as this event is and continues to focus on the health and safety of the community. Vendor selection will be made at the discretion of the Fair on 44th Planning Committee.

Step 3.Vendor Booth Information  

  • Accepted vendors are required to carry commercial general liability insurance of not less than $1 million/occurrence and $2 million aggregate. A certificate of insurance (COI) naming the City of Lynnwood additionally insured for September 12, 2020 must be submitted by August 12, 2020.

  • The City of Lynnwood provides booth and/or vehicle space. Vendors must supply their own materials including chairs, canopies, weights, tables, signs, etc. and are responsible for all set-up and take-down.

  • Your booth must be staffed from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. No early departures

  • Load in and booth setup will be held for all participants from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Complete event information and set-up instructions will be sent to accepted vendors mid-August, 2022.
