NOTICE – Lynnwood Municipal Court will be re-opening the front counter to the public on July 6th, 2021 with temporarily reduced hours. If you come into the courthouse please wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated.
Temporary Reduced Hours:
Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm. We will be closed for lunch from 12:15pm-12:45pm each day.
Lynnwood Municipal Court will be holding all hearings in person but case participants can attend either in person or via Zoom. If you opt to attend your hearing via zoom please go in and schedule yourself on the date/time provided by the court by clicking here. The Zoom scheduling software allows case participants to register for their hearing up until 1 hour before it begins.
Please note, if you received a traffic infraction/photo enforcement infraction you must first submit a hearing request and if you prefer to appear via zoom you will then go in and select the zoom date/time that was provided by the court.

Jurors summoned to appear for jury duty at Lynnwood Municipal Court for July 28th 2021 will not need to report for Jury Duty. No cases will be proceeding to trial that day. Thank you for your willingness to serve.
