In 2022, the Lynnwood City Council adopted ORDINANCE 3426(PDF, 552KB) which set the water, sewer and service water rates for 2023-2028.  The new rates will ensure the utility’s fiscal health, meet operational and capital infrastructure needs, and establish an equitable rate structure. Our water and sewer rates continue to remain among the lowest in the region.

Single-Family Residential Rates are shown in the below table. For the full Municipal Code and all Utility Rate Tables, please visit https://lynnwood.municipal.codes/LMC/13.20.005.
