Policies and Procedures at Lynnwood Municpal Court During COVID-19

The court will remain closed to the public until further notice.

Court Clerks can be reached by phone at: 425-670-5100 or by e-mail at: Justice@Lynnwoodwa.gov or you are welcome to use the chat feature located in the lower right hand corner of your screen and speak with court staff via chat.

Please note that the court is experiencing higher than normal call volumes due to the front counter being closed to the public. We have court clerks answering phones during business hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Court customers are strongly encouraged to use court drop box on the 1^st floor or the Criminal Justice Center in lieu of appearing at the clerk’s office. Payments, correspondence, hearing request, etc. placed in the drop box will be processed daily. Online submissions and services are strongly encouraged.
