We Are Hiring

If you are willing to commit to working at the beautiful and fun Lynnwood Recreation Center Pool, for a minimum of 6 months in a shift that we need filled (usually evenings or weekends), we can let you take our lifeguard class for free!

Just submit your application (the link is on the right), and then come to the aquatics office to sign a commitment form and go over next steps. In return for your commitment, we will give you a ticket that you can take to the front desk to get signed up for one of our lifeguard courses at no charge. Our Recreation Leaders/Camp Counselors are responsible for creating an inviting, stimulating, and safe environment for kids to play, learn and grow. We are looking for individuals who possess character traits, such as kindness, generosity and strong leadership skills, so our youth/teens see you as a role model!

Our Customer Service team is looking for energetic people who are passionate about assisting our community and program participants. Customer Service staff respond to member and guest needs, promote memberships and programs, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of our beautiful Recreation Center. Our Safety Class Instructors are a group of professionals who teach valuable lifesaving techniques to our community. Our award winning program offers many different safety classes that provide training to educate others on how to save a life. Our Fitness Instructors/ Personal Trainers are responsible for leading our participates to achieve their health and wellness goals. We are looking for instructors/trainers who have a passion to help others, works well within team settings and looking to support the development of our fitness program.

We offer opportunities for instructors like you, to teach recreational level classes such as art, cooking, dance and more. We are looking for people who are passionate to share their craft with adults, preschool, youth and/or teens. Are you interested? All potential contractors must submit a proposal for consideration.
