The City of Lynnwood is seeking professional services to conduct a comprehensive review of plan review, permitting and inspection process and organizational structure involving the departments that comprise Development & Business Services (DBS). These departments include: Community Development (planning, building plan review and inspection, permitting and code enforcement); Economic Development; Fire Prevention (plan review and inspection); and Public Works (plan review and inspection).
