NOTICE OF APPLICATION
Proposal: Meadowdale High School – Community Health Center (CUP-25-0001, PDR-25-0003)
Project Description: On March 17, 2025, Edmonds School District submitted an application for the placement of a 1,001 sq. ft. modular medical structure at Meadowdale High School. The proposed medical structure will be located in the northeast portion of the subject site, just north of the existing portable classrooms. The purpose of the medical facility is to expand the school-based health program that aims to increase access to preventative, early intervention, and behavioral health services by school affiliated behavioral health providers for enrolled public-school students.

Required Permits: This project requires the approval of a CUP, PDR, and associated construction permits.
