File a Complaint

We strive to provide our community members with excellent customer service. If you've had a bad experience with a city employee or at one of our city facilities, we want to know about it. Please fill out the complaint form and we will follow up on your concern.


Step 1.Gather Your Information

Let us know the details about your experience with the city employee or city location. The more information you have, the easier it is for us to send to the correct department. We want to know:

  • date, time and location of your encounter.
  • the city service or department related to your encounter with the employee.
  • employee's name.

Step 2.Fill Out the Complaint Form

Step 3.We will send your submission to the appropriate department for follow up

We will send the appropriate supervisor and/or department a copy of your submission for follow up.
