This Living Voices presentation features the little-known stories and contributions of working women in the World War II aeronautics industry, amplifying the experiences of Black women through the Rosie the Riveters who built planes in Boeing’s factories, the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASPs), the Tuskegee Airmen, and the Double Victory campaign. Using a unique blend of live theatre and archival film, Living Voices brings life to history.
This is a free presentation hosted by the Lynnwood-Alderwood Manor Heritage Association and is open to the public. The Wickers Gallery is ADA accessible
