We pride ourselves on being a welcoming place to exercise without pressure. We welcome you to where you are at on your fitness journey. Whether you are getting started or are more advanced. Group fitness classes are a great place to learn new skills, stay active, and meet new friends. After all, research shows that you are more likely to achieve your fitness goals when you workout with friends. No registration is required. Drop-in to the class that fits your schedule.

We offer a variety of fitness classes led by certified fitness instructors or personal trainers. Our classes include strength training, cardio, dance, yoga, and much more. In addition, we've partnered with MOSSA to offer classes such as Power, Fight, Centergy, and more. We also offer the opportunity to subscribe to MOSSA On Demand. More information is below. WE ARE NOW OFFERING MOSSA ON DEMAND!

We know nothing compares to the energy felt in one of our group fitness classes,but our amazing instructors want you to keep MOVING! Streaming workouts can benefit many different types of schedules when making it to the Lynnwood Recreation Center is just not feasible. 

The Lynnwood Recreation Center has partnered with MOSSA to provide you amazing Group Exercise programs. The ability to stream workouts from home is a great solution to keep members moving! MOSSA gives you the highest quality workouts anytime, anywhere. With decades of experience developing professional fitness program, MOSSA’s team delivers workouts that guarantee results for everyone from brand new exercisers to serious athletes. The MOSSA Team designs each workout with options and modifications so you can choose the intensity and challenge that are just right for you. Try every workout you want and select your favorites to create your own personalized fitness playlist. Combine cardio and strength programs to maximize results! Work out from home-on your TV, on your computer, or download the app.

You will have access to twelve (12) MOSSA programs, each program with 4-5 workouts to choose from, with more on the way. The programs cover every category of exercise including strength, cardio, Yoga-inspired, MMA-cardio, dance and indoor cycling.

Need some assistance to meet a new health or fitness goal? Personal Trainers offer individualized fitness sessions that tailor to your unique health goals.

These 60-minute personalized sessions are scheduled with the personal trainer of your choice; dates and times are set between you and your trainer. If your selected personal trainer is unavailable, we will contact a different trainer to see if he / she is open for your desired training time slot.
