Group fitness classes are a great place to learn new skills, stay active, and meet new friends. After all, research shows that you are more likely to achieve your fitness goals when you workout with friends. No registration is required. Drop-in to the class that fits your schedule.
We offer a variety of fitness classes led by certified fitness instructors or personal trainers. Our classes include strength training, cardio, dance, yoga, and much more. In addition, we've partnered with MOSSA to offer classes such as Power, Fight, Centergy, and more. We also offer the opportunity to subscribe to MOSSA On Demand. More information is below.
