Mini Ninja Warriors

Summer 25 MNW Courses.png

The Mini Ninja Warrior Program is designed for preschool-aged children to develop essential physical skills in a fun and engaging way. Each week, the program focuses on a different pillar of fitness and movement (balance, speed, agility, and overall body coordination) through simple obstacle courses, drills, and games. The activities are tailored to suit young children, helping them improve motor skills while building confidence, strength, and teamwork. By emphasizing playful, hands-on exercises, the program ensures that fitness becomes an exciting and approachable part of their early development.

Registration opens Friday, August 8th and closes Wednesday, September 17th.

What should my child wear to class?
  • Children need to have closed toed athletic shoes (tennis shoes/sneakers) and wear clothing that they feel comfortable moving in. They'll be running, crawling, jumping, and climbing every week.

Does my child child need to bring anything to class?
  • Please make sure your child has water for every class.

Can I only sign my child up for one week?
  • The Mini Ninja Warrior program is designed be progressive, so we'll be building on skills every week even as we focus on one area of movement. This means that registering for the class is signing up for every week.

Are the obstacle courses safe for young children?
  • Yes, all of our obstacle courses are designed specifically for preschool-aged children. Our staff will also be closely monitoring their progress through the courses.

Will there be any performances or showcases at the end of the program?

While we won't have a formal showcase to close out the program, every child will receive a certificate and ribbon to celebrate finishing the class and acknowledge the skills they've worked on. We are also going to close with a final "relay race" that will highlight how their skills have grown over time.
