Gyms are available for one-time, advance pay rentals or season quarter permits by youth and adult groups, issued by the City of Lynnwood.  Local youth teams which include all Edmonds School District children get first priority.

  • Regulation high school dimension court:84'(L) x 50' (W)
  • 2 official volleyball courts w/adjustable pole & net settings by Porter
  • Optional curtain to split 2 separate volleyball/basketball courts for privacy
  • 3 Pickleball courts
  • Availability year-round (weekdays 5 pm-10 pm / Weekends 9 am-9 pm)

Meadowdale Middle School

6500 168th St S.W. Lynnwood, WA 98037

  • Wood Floors
  • Full size gym with Jr High court dimensions: 75'(L) x 45'(W)
  • 6 basketball hoops (2 length of court/4 width)
  • Separate Auxiliary Gym with additional 2 basketball hoops
  • Full bleachers on both sides (need advanced approval)
  • Available for rent November through March
  • Weekends only (9am-9pm)

Insurance Information
You will need a comprehensive general liability insurance policy naming the City of Lynnwood as an additional Insured and an endorsement form. The policy shall be primary and written with the limits of $1,000,000 combined single limits per occurrence.
