NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL DECISION: Undergrounding Ordinance

Project Description: On March 7, 2023, Karl Almgren, Community Planning Manager, on behalf of the City of Lynnwood, submitted an application for a SEPA threshold determination for a proposed code amendment to the Undergrounding Utilities in the Regional Growth Center. This is a non-project action. The proposed code amendment to the Undergrounding Utilities in the Regional Growth Center is intended to serve as a requirement for future development to underground overhead utilities including electrical and telecommunication within the Lynnwood Regional Growth Center (RGC).
