Council members will attend Learning Sessions with City Staff at Lynnwood Operations & Maintenance Center (LOMC) on Thursday, April 2nd from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. While a quorum may be in attendance, this is informational only and no official city business will be discussed, and no actions or votes will be taken.

The City is seeking a project manager with experience in emission testing, EPA Sewage Sludge Incineration (SSI) rules (40 CFR 62 Subpart LLL and 40 CFR 503 Subpart E) and Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA) particulate matter emissions requirements. It is the City’s intent the project manager will be the principal contact with the WWTP Supervisor, and shall communicate with the WWTP Supervisor on a regular basis to review the status of the various components of the project
