Are you looking to report a Public Works or Code Enforcement issue? You can report non-emergency issues to City Maintenance Crews here!

Online

Gather your information

Collect the address, specific location and a description of the issue. If possible, include a photo of the issue. 

Report to the City

Submit your request through the City's YourGOV portal. Click + in the upper left of the menu bar. Enter the details of the issue including address, type of issue, pictures, and description. Click Submit.

YourGOV Portal

If you would like to receive updates or track the problem, Sign Up for a YourGOV account or Sign In to your existing account. If you would like to submit a problem anonymously, you can do so without signing into YourGOV.

We will review your report

The issue will be reviewed by City Staff and action will be taken within 1-2 business days.

Check on your request

You can check on your request by selecting the My Requests button in the upper right hand corner of the YourGOV home screen.
To view other requests, select All Requests in the upper right hand corner.

 

Mobile App

Gather your information

Report to the City

Submit your request through the City's YourGOV app. Download the YourGOV app on your mobile device.

In the YourGOV app, click + on the bottom of the screen. Enter the details of the issue including address, type of issue, pictures, and description. Click Submit

The issue will be reviewed by City Staff and action will be taken within 1-2 business days.

Check on your request

You can check on your request by selecting the My Requests on the top task bar. To view other requests, select All Requests.
