NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Lynnwood Miscellaneous Code Amendment 2 (CAM-25-0007)

The Lynnwood City Council and Planning Commission will conduct individual public hearings on the below-referenced code amendment. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.
Project Description: The City of Lynnwood is proposing minor changes to Title 8, Unified Development Code, Title 1, General Provisions, and Title 21, Zoning. Changes to Title 8 include requirements for ground floor uses in the PCD zone, accessory structures codes, limited setback encroachments, and minor language changes for clarity. Changes to Title 21 include retitling the Title for clarity. Changes to Title 1 include removing a required posting location for public notices. This is the second code update following the implementation of the Unified Development Code (Title 8) in July 2025.
Location: This is a Citywide Non-Project Action.
Planning Commission Public Hearing –– February 12, 2026:
The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:30PM on February 12, 2026. Any interested party may give testimony.
City Council Public Hearing –– March 9, 2026:
The City Council public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:00PM on March 9, 2026. Any interested party may give testimony.
