NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Lynnwood Title 8 Miscellaneous Code Amendment (CAM-25-0006)

The Lynnwood City Council and Planning Commission will conduct individual public hearings on the below-referenced plan update and code amendment. Interested community members are invited to attend this public hearing and to provide comments, either orally or in writing.
Project Description: The City of Lynnwood is proposing minor changes to Title 8, Unified Development Code including changes to parking requirements for specific uses, minor language changes for clarity, and changes to the wording of defined terms and adding definitions for clarity. This is the first of subsequent updates that will make minor amendments to Title 8.
Location: This is a Citywide Non-Project Action.
Planning Commission Public Hearing –– October 9, 2025:
The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:30PM on October 9, 2025. Any interested party may give testimony.
City Council Public Hearing –– October 27, 2025:
The City Council public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:00PM on October 27, 2025. Any interested party may give testimony.
