Welcome to Lynnwood's Development and Business Services (DBS) Permit Center. DBS is responsible for the orderly growth and development of the community. DBS is comprised of four division including community planning, economic development, administration, permits, and inspections.
The DBS department is responsible for reviewing and issuing a wide variety of permits and land use applications, including residential and commercial building permits, electrical permits, boundary line adjustments, subdivisions, driveway aprons to right-of-way, clearing, grading, and others.
