City Buildings Preparing to Re-Open to the Public

Lynnwood City staff are preparing for a return to in-person services.

City Hall

For nearly a year and a half, our City staff have remained hard at work providing services to our community. Now that our state is re-opened and restrictions are easing, we are excited to begin welcoming back our community members to City buildings!

Over the past year, many people have found it more convenient to access our city services online or over the phone. Those services will still be available, but if you need in-person assistance, we are happy to welcome you back to our buildings. If you are visiting to speak to a specific staff member, we suggest calling ahead to schedule an appointment.

Throughout the next several months we will be transitioning back with slightly modified hours. Beginning on Tuesday, July 6, the Lynnwood Police Front Desk and the Municipal Court will re-open. On July 12, Lynnwood City Hall and Development & Business Services will re-open. The Lynnwood Recreation Center and the Lynnwood Senior Center are currently open and operating! Hours are listed below.

MaskWhen visiting City buildings, please wear a mask if you are not fully vaccinated.

We ask that you kindly continue to wear a face mask when visiting City buildings unless you are fully vaccinated. We will have disposable masks available for those in need. Please do not enter if you are sick. For added safety we will be conducting frequent cleanings and sanitization of high-touch, public spaces.

Fully vaccinated means two weeks after your second dose in a two-dose series, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine.
