To simplify and streamline permitting, the City of Lynnwood is developing a pre-approved DADU construction plan program to offer a faster, easier and more predictable design and permitting process.
The submission window for consideration closed on July 2, 2026. Staff reached out directly to applicants selected for the second stage of review in August.
