To simplify and streamline permitting, the City of Lynnwood is developing a pre-approved DADU construction plan program to offer a faster, easier and more predictable design and permitting process.
The initial submission window for this program is estimated to run between May 20, 2026 through July 2, 2026. More information including submission requirements and selection criteria will be posted to this page prior to submission window opening.
