Lynnwood University is a fun and interactive 6-week course offered to community members free of charge. The goal of LU is to increase awareness about how your local government works and to empower you to better access City programs and services. Demonstrations, tours, lectures, and hands-on activities are presented to you by city staff, Council Members, and the Mayor.

Class Highlights Include:   

• Presentations from Mayor Hurst and the Lynnwood City Council
• An overview of the Lynnwood Police Department
• Get a closer look at how Public Works plays a key role in keeping our City running smoothly
• Learn about important upcoming projects and resources available to our community members
• And much, much more! 

Classes will meet every Thursday from October 1 through November 5th from 6:30-9 p.m.
