Are you ready to dust off your glove and hit the field? The City of Lynnwood will be hosting a 55+ Coed Softball League at Meadowdale Athletic Complex. Our 55+ League plays Tuesday and Thursday mornings at Meadowdale Athletic Complex. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a just a casual player come join the fun, stay active, and make new friends!

  • Registration opens Monday, March 10th and closes Monday, March 23rd
  • Manager's Meeting is Thursday, April 23rd from 12pm-1pm
  • Spring Season will run April 28th - July 17th

Step 1.Spring Registration begins Monday, March 9th

 

Step 2.Do you have a Perfect Mind Account?

Perfect Mind/XPLOR Rec is our registration system.  Once you set up your account, you will be able to register and pay for leagues and classes online. To set up your account, click here.

Step 3.Register for Softball

To register as a manager, click here.  (You will not be able to see softball information through these links until registration officially opens)

  1. You will see a list of Softball Leagues (find 55+ League)
  2. To select a league, click "Book" 
  3. Read through the overview page, click "Book" again 
  4. Select the name of the person (This should be the manager's name) you are registering for the league and click "next." 
  5. Look over the "fees and extras" page and click "next." 
  6. To complete your transaction, click "Checkout" to move to the payment page

Step 4.Submit Your Roster

Email a typed roster to Lynnwood_Rec@Lynnwoodwa.gov
  1. The subject for emails needs to read, [Your Team Name] 55+ League 2026 Roster 
  2. Rosters must include the following information for all players on your team:
  • Email address, phone numbers, DOB, and t-shirt size for all players must be included.

In Person

Visit the Recreation Center during normal working hours, to talk to a Customer Service Representative, to register for your league.

Step 3.Submit Your Roster

Spring Season - $900 Team Fee

 

League Format

  • 10 Double Headers - 20 Games 
  • SS USA Rules  
  • Games at 10:00am and 11:30am

 

Series Format

  • 4-5 Double Headers
  • SS USA Rules
  • Games at 10am and 11:30 am

How to Play as a Free Agent/Individual Player

Don't have a team? No problem, here's how the free agent system works for the 55+ League. 

  • Please email Lynnwood_Rec@LynnwoodWA.gov with your name and experience, including any positions played.
  • The Athletics Coordinator will assign free agents to teams, and if there are enough free agents to make a team they will be placed together on a new roster.
