Lynndale Park Amphitheater

Nestled in the forest, the Lynndale Park Amphitheater features summer events and performances for the whole family. Its most popular performance series is Shakespeare in the Park - pack some snacks, a blanket or folding chair and head down to Lynndale Park for an evening of Shakespeare. Past shows, performed by professional theatre troupes, such as Wooden O and Green Stage, have included “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” “Twelfth Night,” “Taming of The Shrew,” and many other audience favorites.

 

The amphitheater has hosted community events and performances for 44 years, since it was built in 1969.
