Due to popularity of park shelter rentals, we suggest requesting your space a minimum of three weeks in advance.

We will begin accepting 2026 park reservations on December 12, 2025.

 

Our parks are unable to accommodate events that exceed maximum capacity. Please ensure your event stays within the specified limits to avoid the risk of cancellation. Failure to follow park rules and policies will result in a misdemeanor and will be enforced by citation or arrest.

Picnic Shelters

Step 1.Do I need to reserve a picnic shelter or park facility?

  • General use of parks do not require a park shelter reservation
  • Outdoor park facilities can be reserved for private functions

Step 2.Where can I reserve a picnic shelter or park facility?

  • Heritage Park Plaza (50 person maximum, uncovered, no picnic tables available)
  • Lynndale Park (2 covered shelters, 100 person maximum in large shelter and 25 person maximum in smaller shelter, 1 uncovered picnic area with 50 person maximum, and 1 ampitheater with 200 person maximum)
  • North Lynnwood Park (2 covered shelters with 25 person maximum per shelter)
  • Meadowdale Neighborhood Park (1 Shelter with 25 person maximum)
  • Wilcox Park (1 shelter with 35 person maximum and 1 gazebo with 25 person maximum)
  • South Lynnwood Neighborhood Park (1 shelter with 25 person maximum)
