Please note that the Recreation Center lobby is not available for parties.

We will begin accepting 2026 reservation requests December 12, 2025.  At this time we will accept reservations through June 21, 2026.

Pool & Rooms

Step 1.Pick Your Rental Package

A. Party Package

Make celebrating easy and memorable with our Party Package - an all in one option that combines dedicated party space with a fun, structured pool experience.

What's Included:
  • Reserved Party Room for your group to gather, enjoy cake, and open presents
  • Tables and chairs provided for your convenience
  • Scheduled pool time either before or after your room rental
  • Shared swim session with a limited number of guests, creating a calmer and less crowded experience than open swim
Availability, timing and pricing:
  • Party rooms are available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Rentals are 1.25 hours
  • Room Rate: $150 (25 people) or $300 (50 people)
 
B. Pool Rental

Reserve pool time for your group with either a shared or private rental option, depending on the size of your group and the experience you're looking for.

Shared Pool Rental
  • $225 for groups of up to 25 swimmers
  • Shared with a limited number of other groups
  • Maximum of 6 groups per rental time, capped at 150 swimmers total
Private Pool Rental
  • $1,350 for one hour of exclusive use
  • Up to 150 swimmers
  • Includes lifeguards and access to all pool areas and features.

Important Note: 

  • Youth under 6 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult in the water at all times. Please factor this into your final headcount.

 

C. Room Rental

Looking for a space to gather without pool time? Our room rentals provide a comfortable, versatile option for celebrations, meetings, and small group events. They’re perfect for baby showers, family gatherings, birthdays without a pool, or any occasion where a dedicated space is helpful.

  • Greater flexibility with booking times - we'll work with you to schedule what works best
  • Usually in the adjacent building (next door), offering a quieter, less hectic environment away from the hustle and bustle of the Recreation Center.
  • Includes tables and chairs for your convenience
  • Rental time: 1.25 hours, with the option to extend in 15-minute increments, if available
  • Room Rates: $150 for up to 25 people; $300 for up to 50 people

Step 3.Make your request

 Ready to reserve your space?  Follow these simple steps:

1. Submit your request

  • Fill out our online form with your event details, including the type of rental (pool, room, or both), preferred date and time, and number of guests.  You may find the online form here.

2. We'll review and follow up

  • A staff member will contact you via email to confirm available dates and times based on your request.

3. Finalize your reservation

  • Once a date and time are selected, we'll give you a phone call to take payment and review your rental contract.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Pool Rentals

What if I have more than 25 in my group for the pool rental?

  • Pool rentals are booked in groups of 25. If your group is larger, you’ll need to reserve an additional slot of 25. Please factor this into your invitations.
    Tip: Double-check your final headcount, especially for kids under 6 who require a paying adult in the water.

Can we book more than 1 hour for the pool rental?

  • Pool rentals are limited to 1 hour. Each time slot can host a maximum of 150 swimmers, unlike open swim, which accommodates 300.
    Tip: Plan your activities carefully — 1 hour goes quickly!

Can my guests stay for the open swim following our pool rental?

  • Yes! Guests may stay, but open swim admission is not included in the pool rental fee.
    Tip: Have your guests bring swimwear and pay for open swim at the front desk.

Will your staff watch our belongings while we swim?

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide staff to watch personal items during swim time.
    Tip: Keep valuables at home or assign a trusted adult to watch belongings.

Can we borrow a suit or towel if a guest forgets theirs?

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot loan items from the lost and found.
    Tip: Remind guests to pack swim gear and towels ahead of time.

Room Rentals & Setup

What do you provide for the room rental?

  • Rooms include 5 tables and 25 chairs. You’ll need to bring your own food, plates, silverware, candles, decorations, towels, and locks.
    Tip: Make a checklist ahead of time to ensure you have everything you need.

Can I get in early to decorate?

  • You may access the room at your booked time. Please consider setup time when scheduling your rental.
    Tip: Plan decorations and setup carefully so you’re ready when guests arrive.

Do you provide a music player?

  • You’ll need to bring your own music player.
    Tip: Test your playlist and device before your event for a smooth experience.

Can I store my things in the room while we swim?

  • Due to the tight schedule between rentals, all items must be cleaned up and removed according to your rental contract.
    Tip: Factor cleanup and storage into your schedule to avoid conflicts.

What kind of food can I bring?

  • You may bring any type of food, but please note we have no refrigeration, freezer, or cooking appliances. Local pizza and catering deliveries are welcome.
    Tip: Consider easy-to-serve foods that don’t require heating or refrigeration.

What do we need to do for clean up?

  • Wipe down tables and chairs, sweep the floor, dispose of garbage in the cans, and clean up any spills.
    Tip: Bring a few extra trash bags and cleaning supplies just in case — it helps keep everything quick and easy.
