Dariotis Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Application and Project Description: On July 19th, 2023, Dean Dariotis applied for a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) permit for an 800 ft ADU to be incorporated in the rear of an existing residence. The property is zoned Residential 8,400 (RS-8).
The application was deemed complete on August 25, 2023.
Location: The property is located at 6306 176th St SW, Lynnwood, WA (Parcel Number 00513100015103)
Approval Required: This proposal requires approval of a detached accessory dwelling unit (ADU) land use permit in accordance with LMC 21.42.110(G). The proposal will be reviewed for compliance with City of Lynnwood and Washington State requirements for accessory dwelling unit applications. The Development & Business Services Director will then make a determination to grant or deny ADU approval. The Director’s decision will be publicly noticed by posting on the project site and in the Everett Herald newspaper. No public hearing will be held unless the Director’s decision is appealed. This project required associated building and development permits.
Other Permits Required: The applicant will need additional permits, including but not limited to building and electrical permits.
