Application and Project Description:

On March 13, 2023, Mike Gabbert on behalf of Northwest Housing Preservation Group and Rotary Club of Lynnwood Service Foundation applied for a Project Design Review (PDR) permit to construct a 6,150 square foot attached addition for 36 new senior housing units to the existing senior housing structure. The property is zoned Neighborhood Commercial (NC). The application was deemed complete on April 3, 2023.

The property is located at 6425 196th St SW, Lynnwood, WA (Parcel Numbers 27041700401400 and 27041700401800)

Approval Required:

Project Design Review: This project requires compliance with Project Design Review per Chapter 21.25 of the Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC). The Development and Business Services director will make a decision on this application regarding compliance with Citywide Design Guidelines no sooner than April 20, 2023 (17 days after the date of this notice).

Other Permits Required:

Additional permits, including but not limited to a Development Agreement per LMC 21.29, grading, building, mechanical, and electrical permits, will also be needed by the applicant.
