Application and Project Description: On May 9, 2023, Sean Thorson on behalf of American Capital Group (ACG) applied for a Project Design Review (PDR) permit for 318 multifamily unit and commercial/retail space in a seven-story building on a 1.9-acre site. The property is zoned City Center – Core (CC-C). The application was deemed complete on June 16, 2023.

Approval Required: Project Design Review: This project requires compliance with Project Design Review per Chapter 21.25 of the Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC). The Development and Business Services director will make a decision on this application regarding compliance with Citywide Design Guidelines no sooner than July 17, 2023 (17 days after the date of this notice).
Other Permits Required: Additional permits, including but not limited to grading, building, mechanical, and electrical permits, will also be needed by the applicant.
