NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND IMPENDING DECISION

Application and Project Description:

Project Design Review (PDR) for the construction of the Triton Learning Commons as a 3-story addition to the north of the existing 3-story Lynnwood Hall, and as an infill space created by 1st and 2nd floor interior spaces which do not extend out to the perimeter structural footprint, creating covered exterior walkways. This site is zoned P1- Public & Semi-Public Zone. The application was deemed complete on May 22, 2023.

Project Design Review Approval Required:

This project requires compliance with Project Design Review per Chapter 21.25 of the Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC). The Development and Business Services director will make a decision on this application regarding compliance with Citywide Design Guidelines no sooner than June 20, 2023 (15 days after the date of this notice).

Other Permits Required:

Additional permits, including but not limited to building, mechanical, and electrical permits, will also be needed by the applicant.
