Decision:
On May 1, 2023, the Mayor granted preliminary approval to the Halata Short Plat, a 3-Lot Short Plat in the Residential Single-Family 8 zone (RS-8). The site is approximately 25,364 square feet (0.58 acres). Proposed Lot 1 will be 8,426 square feet. Proposed Lot 2 will be 8,455 square feet. Proposed Lot 3 will be 8,483 square feet.
