NOTICE OF DECISION

Proposal Name and File Number: Pacific Peace Center, Conditional Use Permit and Project Design Review Permit (CUP-010101-2023 & PDR-010104-2023).

Decision: On March 19, 2024, the City of Lynnwood’s Hearing Examiner granted approval for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP), Project Design Review Permit (PDR), and Landscape Buffer Reduction for a 9,400 square foot expansion of Pacific Peace Center, improving the site’s parking, landscape, and plaza facilities. Appeal: Any person who participated in the decision may request reconsideration by the Hearing Examiner by filing a request in writing within 14 days of the effective date of the decision with the Development & Business Services Department which is April 9, 2024. Any person who participated in the decision may file an appeal of the Hearing Examiner’s Decision by filing the appeal to superior court pursuant to the Land Use Petition Act (Chapter 36.70C RCW) within 21 days from the date of issuance of the decision
