Decision: On September 26, 2023, the Lynnwood Hearing Examiner GRANTED the request of Sam Huck (3J-Consulting), on behalf of the subject property owners, applied to rezone (reclassify) approximately 3.73 acres, of which contains two separate lots, from the Highway 99 Mixed Use (HMU) to General Commercial (CG) zone. The Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use designation of the properties is Highway 99 Corridor. There are no conditions applied to the request.
Location: The property is located at 5615 and 5711 188th Street SW, Lynnwood, WA, 98037 (Parcel Numbers: 00374300500402 and 00374300500401)
