Decision: On December 20, 2023, the City of Lynnwood’s Development & Business Services Director granted approval for the Triton Learning Commons proposal as a 3-story addition to the north of the existing 3-story Lynnwood Hall, and as an infill space created by 1st and 2nd floor interior spaces which do not extend out to the perimeter structure footprint, creating covered exterior walkways.
