Project Description:
The proposed code amendment to the Underground Utilities in the Regional Growth Center is intended to serve as a requirement for future development to underground overhead utilities including electrical and telecommunication within the Lynnwood Regional Growth Center (RGC).

Public Hearing:
The Planning Commission public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall (19100 44th Ave. W, Lynnwood, WA 98036) and virtually via Zoom at 6:30PM on May 11, 2023. Any interested party may give testimony.
