NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Application and Project Description: On June 27, 2023, Katie Murrer with Core One Consulting applied for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to remove one existing field light pole and antennas and replace it with a new pole and antennas in same location. All existing landscaping will remain. Associated ground equipment is also to be replaced. The property is zoned Public (P-1). The application was deemed complete on July 21, 2023.

Location: The property is located at 16700 66th Ave W. Current pole is along the northwesternmost baseball/softball field walking track. APN:00513100008200

Conditional Use Permit Approval: The proposal will be reviewed for compliance with City of Lynnwood requirements per Chapter 21.24 of the Lynnwood Municipal Code (LMC) which requires a public hearing.

Hybrid Virtual Public Hearing: A hybrid virtual Public Hearing before the Lynnwood Hearing Examiner will be held via Zoom at 1:00 PM on September 21, 2023. Any interested party may give testimony.

Appeal of Hearing Examiner Decision:

The only persons who may appeal the Hearing Examiner Decision are persons who:

- Appear and give testimony at the public hearing; or

- Submitted written comments to the Development and Business Services Department during the comment period; or

- Provide written testimony either at or before the public hearing; or

- Signs the register of parties of record at the Public Hearing.

Only comments and testimony received at or prior to the Hearing may be considered at the Hearing, or at any Appeal proceeding.

Additional Information: There are occasions when meetings may be postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. It is therefore advised that you confirm the meeting is going to be held prior to attending. The public is invited to attend and participate.
